I'm a UX strategist based in Los Angeles, California. I currently build enterprise software for real estate agents and brokerage offices at Keller Williams, partnering with product leadership to deliver strategic business value through technology.

In a previous life, I studied business at USC and worked for years in consulting, only to figure out that I was much better suited at creative problem solving than numbers and spreadsheets. I pivoted to UX with a Master's in Human-Computer Interaction and Design at UC Irvine and found exactly the kind of work I didn't know I was looking for.

Starting over with a new career was demanding, but not unfamiliar work. Before Los Angeles, I grew up across Vietnam, Thailand, Australia, and the US. I learned early how to adapt to new people, new places and new ways of doing things.

Now, as our industry shifts, I'm excited to both work with and build for AI—while maintaining human needs at the center of the experience.
